Description

Bound in human flesh, inked in blood-and amazingly hard to pronounce-the ancient "Necronomicon" (Book of the Dead) unleashes unspeakable evil upon mankind in director Sam Raimi's (Spider-Man) outrageously hilarious sword-and-sorcery epic. Back to do battle with the hideous "Deadites," Bruce Campbell reprises his role from the Evil Dead series as Ash, the handsome, shotgun-toting, chainsaw-armed department store clerk from S-Mart's housewares division. Demonic forces time warp him-and his '73 Oldsmobile-into England's Dark Ages, where he romances a beauty (Embeth Davidtz) and faces legions of undead beasts, including a ghastly army of skeletons. Can Ash save the living from the dead, rescue his girlfriend and get back to his own time?

One of the best movies I've ever seen. Definitely debunks the "sequels are worse than the original movie" theory.

Best movie ever made...actually its really badly made but it made me laugh so hard so many times that it was good. This movie has some of the best one liners that have ever existed, MUST watch. -The names Ash, Housewares

The effects are lousy, the acting is cheesy, the accents are inconsistent and the plot is horrible. With Bruce Campbell staring in this, it's still one of the greatest films of all time. I've seen this movie so many times that I actually wore out 3 store bought VHS tapes of this movie. This movie defines the term cult classic.

Dear iTunes, Do your research next time because I remember that I've watched it when I was 5 years old (back in 1995). Go to imdb and check. Peace.

A one-man 3-Stooges act. Adolescent non stop shtick.
