Description

One Christmas Eve a long time ago, a baby crawled into Santa's bag of toys... Raised as an elf, Buddy grows into an adult three times larger than the biggest elf--and realizes that he will never truly fit in at the North Pole. This holiday season, Buddy goes looking for his true place in the world--in New York City. Buddy finds his workaholic father…who's on Santa's "naughty" list, a new mother and a 10-year-old brother who doesn't believe in Santa Claus or elves. Here, now, Buddy discovers his destiny…to save Christmas for New York and the world! Starring Golden Globe and Emmy Award-nominee Will Ferrell ("Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby," TV's "Saturday Night Live"), Academy Award, Golden Globe and Emmy Award-nominee James Caan ("The Godfather," "Funny Lady"), Golden Globe-winner and Emmy Award-nominee Bob Newhart (TV's "Newhart," "Legally Blonde 2: Red, White & Blonde"), Golden Globe and Emmy Award-winner Edward Asner (TV's "Lou Grant," "JFK"), Academy Award and Golden Globe-winner Mary Steenburgen ("The Brave One," "Melvin and Howard") and Zooey Deschanel ("Almost Famous," "Failure to Launch").

Why is it that the Elf is white? Why can’t my kids, who sometimes identity as black, have minority hero elves to look up too? I’m so sick of the white devils getting their way. Except on Thursdays as my tranny son bot (kind of like a cross dressing cyborg) identifies as white so we are happy to watch Elf on Thursdays. Really need to make more appealing content for self identifying black tranny son bots! Come on Hollywood wake up!!!
  • Love This Will Ferrell Christmas Movie, Deserves A Decent Sequel

I totally love watching “Elf” during the holidays every year on Christmas just like every other Christmas movie I know & like. Actors like Will Ferrell & James Caan made an impact on making this Christmas movie successful. Sadly earlier this year, James Caan passed away unexpectedly. Hopefully someday, there’s a decent sequel to “Elf” to pay tribute to James Caan by addressing the death of his character Walter Hobbs & describing the impact he had in this movie. “Elf” truly deserves a decent sequel that can score higher on Rotten Tomatoes & make better money, too. In short, I love “Elf”.

I guess everyone’s different! I tried to like this movie but just didn’t . I found Will Ferrells character to be so annoying. Just didn’t find it funny!

This is a movie that is required to play alongside “Home Alone”-all parts, and “A Christmas Story” ; when family visits for the holidays. I think this is now a Christmas classic. #MustHaves
