Cocaine Cowboys 2: Hustlin' With the Godmother

Fills in quite a few holes in the original, really enjoyable.

The first movie was awesome we all know that it was as addicting as the drug it was covering, focusing on the high stakes coke players of 1980s miami. This however was long, un-intelligent, and a struggle to sit though leaving me wondering who cares about the sleep inducing tale of an oakland crack dealer who got too lucky for his own good.

This was good, not as good as the first, but still of historic significance. Definitely very, very violent. It's hard to watch at some points, pertaining to the children who were victims of such horrible violence and being exposed to such horrific tragedies and way of life.

Love the movie. Perfect explaination as to how drugs came into the black and brown communities. Those guys were jealous of him and that chick was ruthless...and now you know why.

Wow you guys are haters. I loved this movie because in the first one they really did'nt go into exact details of the godmother. It was a great documentary.

Good movie, I loved the song choices, I've rented it twice already.

Rent this....It is in no way as good as the first. I have watched the first over and over but could barely get through this. Cocaine Cowboys interviewed many people and had a lot of corroborating news footage that seemed to be more of a historical account of the events that took place in Miami in the early 80's. This seemed to more of an interview of a bragging drug dealer who uses words he doesn't understand (the end is ridiculous). I think most people will question whether or not a lot of this is true. Less of a documentary and more of a rap video.
