It amazes me how International and Children of Men were spot on. Owen is no "superman" in this movie, just a man, a decent man. The movie leaves little hope for the future. Still there is, hope. I'm surprised it didn't do well. Not to mention a sequel if not a movie series. HBO should make this into a series!

2 hrs of my life i will never get back. Difficult to follow, doesn't make sense. The shoot out in the Guggenheim was the best part.

I saw this movie on crackle and loved it. I think they could make a sequel and I highly recommend this movie to anyone who loves a interesting story.

This movie is one of my top five favorite movies of all time. It has a very good plot. The acting is very good. And i love the eeriness of it all. The rainy scenes, the music, and the over all dark feel. Its a great movie to watch on a sunday night after a very hot shower and some good food!

I wouldn't call it an action movie. There is really only one "real" or legitimate action scene. None-the-less, it is a good movie. I enjoyed it. May have liked it more if I hadn't have seen the trailer... but, nothing I can do about that. The story is interesting. The acting was good. This is more of a thriller, but I wish there was a little more action. But when a person goes wanting a movie to be more of what you want it to be, you are going to end up not liking it as much.
  • Intelligent thriller with incredible cinematography

This is certainly not your average action movie - the dialogue is smarter, the plot requires you to pay attention and the action sequences are part of the narrative rather than a special-effects-fueled attempt to distract you from the lack of one. I loved this movie for the beautiful cinematography and the fact that you don't see the ending coming from a mile away (something else that sets it apart from traditional Bond-style Hollywood blockbusters). Others have said it lacks pace; I thought it maintained the tension well and the couple of true action scenes ramp it up masterfully.
  • Excellent movie!

Food for thought for anyone following the fight over financial reforms these days. Loosely based on the takedown of BCCI ten years ago. Too big to fail takes on whole new meaning.
