It's in English which is great, but a lot of this movie has the Germans and they well, speak German. And there's no subtitles. Not a smart idea, wonder if there is a version itunes don't have that has the subtitles. Because of now, us non German speaking viewers will have to make up our own version of the movie.
  • Seven men at daybreak - Gripping and tense thriller

This is based on a factual incident and the story is from a book on the same incident called Seven men at daybreak. In 1942, the exiled czech government in Britain parachuted, upon approval from Winston Churchill, commando trained czech-british patriots into nazi occupied czechoslovakia to assassinate Reinhard Heydrich, protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. Heydrich and his infamous protectorate had ruthlessly ordered the execution of respectable former army generals and soldiers. Above all he was getting too dangerous for the country and the exiled government had decided to eliminate the so called Blond Beast or Butcher of Prague. The movie is an accurate portrayal of the operation. The reprisals following the assassination were quite horrendous, as were the means of obtaining information of the whereabouts of the hidden parachutists. The movie although gripping and tense is very much a poignant monument to the parachutists.
