Ok that was all I needed to see in the credits to know I would laugh and sure enough I did. He is so wonderful and made my night and the crazy eye and the tattoos, added to my love for him, thanks Joe!

Obviously with such bad reviews I don't want to buy this movie, but I would give it a shot by renting it. Why do bad movies only offer sale and not rental?

Ok flick, not worth the buy, especially when it's available elsewhere for free (psst... Net****). Don't know where iTunes is headed with this "Buy Only" policy, but it's pushing me away. Wise up!

This movie was just horrendous from beginning to end. I wanted to stop it in the first five minutes. Horrible and unnecessary special effects and bad writing tore this pile apart. With the exception of casting/directing Guy Pearce as Jean Claude Van Damme, I do give credit to the actors for their earnest contributions. Guy Pearce, who I always hope to enjoy, was just awful and playing a role meant for someone else. He could be an action star, but not like this.

I rented this film a couple of weeks ago with some hesitancy because I had read a number of negative reviews, but since I like genre of Science Fiction and Guy Pearce, I gave it a whirl. This film is not tragic as some would have you beleive. It's got some catchy one liners, scary criminals, and a decent plot twist. The CGI however, is straight out of a Play Station 1..wow. If your the director, you have to ask yourself how badly do we need these scenes because some were so horrific, they make pacman look modern. If you can get past that little annoyance.. pretty good.

I'm a big sci fi fan, and have a decent tolerance for not-great movies if they can give me a little entertainment, but this one really sucked. The one liners they gave to the main character were painful, the story line was implausible even after you agree to suspend your disbelief. the ending made me want to punch myself in the face. The effects were alright except for when they were bad.
