Description

On the evening of October 7th, four teenagers from the town of Saint Charles, Illinois venture out to a dark, mysterious road where local legend is that the train tracks have been haunted for years. Unbeknownst to them, while the small town prepares for their annual Scarecrow Festival the next day, a child murderer from the past has escaped imprisonment and his whereabouts are unknown. The Police Chief and his Deputy begin a search in fear that the murderer has returned home. At the same time; the teenagers become stuck on Munger Road… unable to call for help. As the police collect more suspicious evidence about the child murderer we slowly realize that the haunting of Munger Road is directly connected to his murderous past. The race is on as the Chief realizes the teenagers are missing and could be in grave danger. As the police search for both the killer and the kids… they realize that the horror hasn’t even begun yet.

This movie premiered in my little town. I love how I recognized the last names in the movie. I thought it was very well done. Freaking Scary. And its not cheap looking at all. It keeps you on the edge of your seat.

This movie is horrible. There is no proper story u don't see who the killer is , or how anyone got killed. Nothing about this is interesting.

How could you end a movie like that? Just as its getting good it ends.
  • What a waste of time

Don't bother with this one. Typical four stupid teenagers deciding to go look for ghosts in the woods. The worst part is this movie ends with a to be continued message on the screen. Save your time and look for a different movie. I can't believe it's even called a horror movie.

The positive reviews are either connected with the production of the film or are people that live near Munger road and think it's cool that a movie was made about it. These are the only two reasons anybody (other than a complete idiot) would give this movie more than one star. The movie is boring but intriguing even though it goes all over the map. However, this is why you stick it out, because you're waiting for someone or something to tie it all together. Even the film gives you this false hope by having two policemen work the night following up on clues and getting closer to a resolution. Then it ends. Yes, that's right folks, no conclusion to the plot, no tying together the bazillion loose ends, no nothing. It just ends with the words "To Be Continued." Really, I'm not kidding. It's like watching some Saturday morning cartoon only with the movie you won't get the other half of the story next Saturday. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.
