To understand the soul of this movie you must know the director , nanni moretti . This is a classic of his but if you never heard of him you may find it a bit boring. I think it is a movie to watch. In all of his movies there is this light humor mixed with parody of life and a sort of unique approach to the events, the italian way. I really liked this movie i think it is beautifully made because it concentrates on the human factors , it shows that behind all of the layers , the jewels and ritual it hide human being . I never watch movies twice but this i gladly watch it again.
We don't have a pope... at least not this movie!

Started out decently but fell flat quickly! It lacked a definitive playout of Mellvilles struggles and a viable ending.
