This is my Favorite John Wayne movie. It is the one he should have won the best actor oscar for and was not even thought of for teh award, shame. It is so much fun to watch over and over again. I introduce everyone I can to this classic and it never disappoints. Maureen O’Hara is absolutely what every lad dreams of in an Irish Lass! She was only 18yrs old at the time of filming. Amazing Movie you will not be sorry to have bought this Gem!!

You decide. Perhaps the best film that John Wayne did — and a absolute shame that Hollywood rejected it for any and all Oscar consideration because of Wayne’s (and director John Ford’s) conservative politics. Shame on you, Hollywood. Wonderfully acted, beautifully filmed, superbly directed, this is one of the greatest of the Duke’s films — and one of John Ford’s greatest films. Excellent in every respect, not a dull moment in the entire film. Wonderfully done by all involved.

This is one of the best movies - ever. It's delightful. I don't usually buy movies in HD but this one I could not pass up. The cinematography is beautiful and John Wayne & Maureen O'Hara make magic together. Every time I see the film I fall in love again.
