Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Making the Team, Season 14

I have a season pass and expected to receive the latest episode with 24 hours as I did with other apps for other shows. This app does not provide you with new episodes in a timely manner. I am still waiting for Friday’s episode (it’s now Monday). I should have stuck with Amazon’s app. Also, I tried to find customer service contact information to ask why there is such a delay and I can’t find any information. If I could give five negative stars I would!!

I bought the Season Pass and the episodes are not being uploaded in a timely manner.

It's August 5th! I pay for the full season every year & don't remember having to wait so long for a new episode! So I have to go watch this on CMT with commercials? I think this is the last season I'll pay for! UPDATE: Tuesday, August 6th & still no 1st episode?! I want a refund, too!!! UPDATE: Sunday, Sept. 22nd ... where's the new episode from Friday night?!

Why is it taking so long for the latest episode to be available? Other streaming services have the latest episode. One star because of how long it is taking to be able to watch the latest episode.

Don’t understand why iTunes won’t get the episodes loaded in a timely manner.

iTunes where is the latest episode!?!? So frustrating!! The 5 stars is for the show, not the timeliness of the release of episodes.

This is absurd. You pay a ton for the season pass and they don’t give you the episodes until many days later?! Disappointed

Channels including CMT want you watching and paying for their streaming which is what is causing the delays. Its like you may as well pay for cable again because I feel iTunes hands are tied in these circumstances. The fair thing to do though, is for ITUNES to share these agreements with people before they purchase a season. Chances are you would purchase it anyway.

I’m seriously frustrated with ITunes! For the money I paid I shouldn’t have to wait 3-5 days after an episode for iTunes to have it available. Last time I purchase a season off here

Love the show, however, APPLE needs to get their crap together. Absolutely inexcusable to not have the latest show updated at least after midnight, if not sooner. So much for always counting on Apple. They aren’t always the best at everything.
