Description

In season 4, Captain Janeway and her crew continue on their journey through space beginning with the conclusion of their encounter with the Borg in "Scorpion, Part 2". Heroism is a major theme throughout the season and the crew demonstrates this quality best in "Nemesis" and "Scientific Method". The dangerous nature of space travel is also highlighted in "Hunters" and "Prey". Formidable opponents are found in "The Killing Game, Part One" and "The Killing Game, Part Two" featuring an alien race known as The Hirogen as well as in "Waking Moment's" featuring an alien race that 'attacks' during the human dream state.

My favorite captain is Capt. Janeway. Of the Series I would have to say that Season 5 was my favorite. STV is my favorite of the Star Trek Series because of the sense of family that is fully developed. Voyager is their home. I often muse about the time after Voyager gets home. Just how willing the crew, especially Seven, Icheb and Naomi Wildman would be to live anyplace else?

Love Voyager! Love Star Trek! Just one problem... iTunes, WHERE IS THE NEXT GENERATION!!!!!!! think about it. TNG is the most loved of all the Star Trek series. Having TNG on iTunes would make everyone happy! We get our favorite Next Gen episodes, and you executives get more money in your pockets! Come on, you have everything else. WHAT ABOUT TNG?!?! As for Voyager, there is no comprehending its awesomeness. The cohesion of the characters (and the cast) is obvious, and i find it fun listening to the technobabble that solves every problem on the ship. And, well, its star trek. 'nuff said.

Season 5 is definitely my favorite season of Voyager. Thank you iTunes for finally releasing this gem to us. I can't believe it's been 10 years since this show ended. To this day, it's like any other Star Trek series - it never gets old and there's always something new "to boldly go" for.
