Stargate SG-1, Season 3

i know that i shouldn't but they shouldn't put tv g or the kids or little kids will be afraid.

Seasons 3 and 4 are probably the best out of the early seasons. The characters have great chemistry and the stories are very interesting and original. Top five episodes of this season would be: 1.Foothold 2.Past and present 3.Nemesis 4.Legacy 5.Urgo

The first few seasons of stargate show a lot about the true nature of the show, for example, in this season you see SG-1 kick the crap out of any number of goa'ulds as well as deal with problems completely unrelated to the goa'uld but gets down to the true purpose of the SGC, establishing relationships with other communities and potential trade partners. If your a new stargate fan this season might explain some of the background you've been missing, if your an old fan buy the freaking season!

Don't we all remember the "gool 'ol days"? When you get into the later seasons, they constantly remind you of past events in which the SGC, or heaven forbid if Earth istelf were threatened. Machello's Legacy returned in season 3 after the initial contact with Machello himself nearly cost Daniel Jackson his life. And this time around, his sanity!!! We also get a very good glimpse into the secret life of the N.I.D.; a top secret civilian agency who's primary mandate is to keep an eye on the government & military's most top secret projects, like the Stargate. We also meet someone who's probably, by most fans anyways, the favorite one-time character of all time: Urgo!!! Jack gets stranded on another world after the gate got hit by a large meteor, Jackson got phase-shifted, the SGC was nearly taken over by aliens and Linea returns!!! Gotta see this one as Richard Dean Anderson and the gang deliver another great season!
