This show is crazy!!! The thought of Replicators evolving like that is scary. I can relate with Col. O'Niell. SG-1's cunningness is great.

No Dr. Jackson! Sniffle Sniffle. But even without Dr. Jackson, the show still manages to have all the action, excitement and suspense! A great buy for any stargate fan!
  • Season 6: No Daniel?

Yes, that's right. Daniel Jackson died, then ascended at the end of the 5th season. Jonas Quinn tries to take Daniel's place, but not without great suspicion among the SGC. Being that Jonas was mostly responsible for Daniel's death. But that's in the past. Season 6 kicked off a new era as SG1 moved from Showtime to cable. Ending up on the Sci-fi network. Despite it, the show remained in its prime! We got to meet a real Ancient, however brief. And we learn of a "Lost City" the evil Goa'uld System Lord "Anubis" has been trying to find. It inevitably led to the Atlantis Spin-off in Season 8. we're also intoroduced to Tratonin: a vaccine for Jaffa to replace their symbiotes. Does it mean they're one step closer to all-out freedom? The 6th season shows us that even tho Michael Shanks wasn't around for every episode, the plots and storylines held up pretty good. And how can you deny the whole Ascension thing? That alone is pretty cool! lol. And while i admit i like seeing this here, the DVD gives you MUCH more for your buck. Backgrounds into the characters and actors who play them, plus interviews and commentaries. iTunes needs to offer those @ no extra cost for this to truely be a good value. But it's Stargate: SG-1, so it deserves all the stars I can fit onto this review!
