Anthony Bourdain is one of my favorite chefs to watch, and I would LOVE to taste his food sometime before I die. I first saw him as a guest on Top Chef (one of the best shows of all time) and fell in love with his passion for food and his intense honesty. He’s very knowledgeable in the culinary world and I have the utmost respect for him. His show is really entertaining and informative. His ability to have an open mind about all food is something I admire and wish I had too. Some people might say he's too raw in his thoughts and word choice, but I see that as confidence and amazing intellect. When you watch his show, you can tell he knows his stuff!

So I grew up in Indonesia and Malaysia as an American and I must say that the Malaysia and Indonesia shows are right on target. Granted there is so much to see there, they did seem to capture the essence of those countries. Makes me want to go back overseas. I gotta say though, I was hoping that Tony would visit more of Java, considering the majority of the Indonesian population lives there, but I guess I should just be happy he did a show there at all!

I pay my cable bill for the Bourdain show and for Bill Mahers show and that's it. I dump HBO when Maher's show goes into hiatus and then pick it up when he comes back. When this show stops being brodcast I will dump cable altogether and watch PBS on the air for free. So, AB, there's is at least one guy in the world that is getting reamed by the media because of you. Keep up the good work.
