Description

The Enterprise continues on its journey across the galaxy with the birth of a new member. Picard once again leads the team as unknown civilizations take notice of the ship and wishes to know more about the crew and their operations. Riker struggles with his loyalty to the Enterprise as his life is threatened and Data tries to become more human to understand his role upon the Enterprise. This season looks closer into the relationship of man vs. machine as Q once again tries to test Picard against a new enemy. The Ferengi threatens the Enterprise and the mystery of the holodeck pits the crew against the clock as lives hang in the balance. Standout episodes include "Q-Who", where the mysterious being sends the Enterprise into the future. And "Measure of a Man", where Data's rights are challenged in a court of law.

This was the season that first introduced the Borg, who are my favorite alien species.

$3/ep is way overpriced. Keep trying to milk the cow, I'll pass, Netflix is just fine.
  • Rocky start, but still awesome

The first few episodes in this season left me wanting. The first season was incredible, but the change in cast and roles at the beginning of the second season lacked the richness I experienced watching the first season. Eventually, the second season establishes itself as a solid continuation of the Star Trek franchise.

Been waiting the TNG seasons for sometime. More seasons to add and if price could be lowered would be fantastic.

This is Awesome, very happy it's here. Please get Season 3. However iTunes please hear me on this. THIS IS WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. I can watch this on Netflix for $8 a month. Or I can buy the Blu-Ray for only $15-$20 more and get better quality and special features. It wasn't that long ago that I could buy seasons of Star Trek Deep Space Nine for $12.99 can you please bring that back. WAY WAY TO EXPENSIVE.

Riker's Beard. Jonathan Frakes coined it himself during some convention interview. Opposite to Jumping the Shark, this season was when TNG finally picked up some momentum. It just gets better from here. This is Star Trek TV at its finest. And who knew some of the technologies on TNG would actually be real life technology. The touchscreen. The iPad. iChat. Let's keep it coming iTunes.
  • 5 stars for VIDEO CLARITY. Whoa.
